Weather fails to scare Spook-Tacular

While some Halloween plans were rescheduled due to weather conditions on Halloween, trick-or-treaters were still able to hit downtown businesses during the annual Spook-Tacular event.
Participating businesses welcomed a steady stream of candy-collectors, some sweet and some scary.Â
